Well what kind of forum? Do you want php or asp.
PHP is esayer to find and use but there is to much to learn to know how it works. I can get you the download to install php on your sever but there is a lot with that.
I can get the code to it but it's so complcated it would take months of learning to know everything they did. To start I would go to PHPBB and get thier lastest update, and they have many different designs to choose from. So start small and work your way up. PHP.net is a start on where to get some downloads.
ASP I don't really know a good forum in asp you could search it and probably find a go one out there. But if you don't have asp installed on your sever then I can probably find the link for that too. I've been looking for asp for my sever. The only thing I know is to search for: asp IIS, or asp PWS. Hope that helps.
