Hi, I've seen somewhere in the past that one can take a photo, and trace it to look like the patterns/lines of a dollarbill. Kind of a "smart trace" that folows the silhuett of the face.
I've seen this done way back in the days, but I have no luck finding the program..
I've searched and search, but can't find any websites that leaves a clues,
could be its a commercial photoshop filter, but no luck on th ehunt there either...
After tracing a picture of George Washington the result would look close to this,

(I know these samples above are hand-drawn, but I have seen this traced automatically from photos)
(Edit, Live trace can do tracing, but not in that style as far as I know)
