I would like to send them to the client as a single 4 page PDF (rather than as 4 separate documents). Is it possible to do this? And if so how?

If not, how would you recommend I go about creating a single document in the most efficient way (if I have access to Quark, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)?

Any help would be much appreciated!

That has been a sore spot with me too, You will need to get a separate software like Omnipage that will allow you to open your original PDF and import other created PDF files into it and save as 1 PDF.
