I'm trying to apply a drop shadow to my logo but the "Blur" option is deactivated. Anybody know how to reactivate it? Right now all of my drop shadows have hard edges which I do not want.

I wish I had better news for you but nobody has been able to come up with anything yet. I'm thinking that I'll have to reload the software to get it back. Ugh!

A solution is presented on the website below.  I was able to solve the Drop Shadow blur problem by the solutions outlined here.  Good luck.
