I don't understand this. Everytime I make a layer or open a new layer I select the layer but it doesn't move it. Instead it just selects a bunch of s*** or it moves another layer. This is really pissing me off. I don't know it just started "acting up" all of the sudden. Can anyone help? Thanks!
