at first place the smiled picture above the original picture

and adjust the size of smiled picture with the help of transform tool

cntrl+t is the short key for the Transform tool

right click when boundaring box appear and select "disort" and adjust as you like after editing picture press enter

ok

now smiled picture is similer to the size of your original picture

then make a copy of original picture one layer off

cut the part of the face and placed the smiled picture above that part were we cut

ok i think that your problems are solved

for more accuracy

you may use stamp tool on neck were the link between Dupliczate and original picture
