'I plan on creating an online multiplayer chat room for teenagers all over the world, no matter the age, sex, race or religion. Like many online chat communities on the Internet today, few make any success and reap many members. But also like many online chat communities on the Internet, most are the same, saying the same thing and selling the same product. I have decided that all this needs to change. It is time to create a dominant chatting community. One that overtakes all competition, something that has that little spark the others don't. I plan on creating something no other chat community owner has ever even thought of. Not only this, I plan on creating something the audience, teenagers, like.
Being neither immature, nor inexperienced I believe, with the right help and support. I can make this project a success, reaping members who enjoy the community they are surrounded in.'

• Apart from that, I need more programmers/coders. Be able to code these type of games (not sure what language it is, Cold Fusion? C++? Not too sure.
• Graphics artists (thought I would tie it all up in one post) these must be in the way of Pixels rather than actual graphics.
• Community Developers and people who are experienced in this field (ie, PR and Public Development)
• Project Manager, someone who can help me run the project. Must have managerial skills and be able to help out in all areas.
• Server Developers. Must be able to code a server etc...
• Web Developers. This does not mean just layouts and design, but also things like new features i.e., help service, mobile services.
