What's poppin'
When I create an image using Photoshop and I import that image (whether it's .jpg, .gif or .png) into Flash it smoothes the edges and makes it fuzzy and not crisp like it was when I created in Photoshop.
Why does this happen and how do I prevent this fuzziness from happening?

| Import the image to library. Open the library, right click on the image name. Select Properties from the context menu. Then uncheck the Allow Smoothing box. Hope this helps.

| Also, consider dynamically loading jpgs. It keeps the res you set, and makes loading much faster.

Through mx's loadmovie. You can do this through databases as well. If you go to my company's site, http://www.vizid.com and check out the portfolio section, everything is driven through a databaes, and the jpgs are dynamically loaded via loadmovie. It's by far the best way to deal with raster images, as long as they're not part of an animation....
