Everyone whos wanted to make an MMOCC, IMCE or MMORPG, Your answers are here! First you need a team! You won't get ANYWHERE without a team!
Secondly you'll need to know a few programming languages to create your game and website your going to broadcast it on! You'll need to know: PHP, Flash (and its actionscripts), Java and javascript (optional), C++ or C (optional), HTML, XHTML(optional) and CSS(for website)(optional).
Now you must create a plan on paper. Very detailed plan. You must label everything. Make sure you have put every detail you can in!
Once you've done that, you start a 2D plan of what you're going to do! I started mine and have been able to make the entity move around and stop when it comes to an object! You should try to do the same! Its very basic but will help you in the end!(try to do your plan with simple shapes like circles and rectangles)

Right! i'm trying to make a game like habbo called citylights! I need help as im having trouble with pixel art and actionsripts and better programs i can use! I want it so u can have your own rooms and buy loads of furni for it and you walk around the city! And you can go to discos and bars and stuff like that! Td like a club that you can join for a cretain amount of credits which allow you to do certain things! I also want an interactive system that lets you interact with other ppl online and also objects! Like if theres a t'v you get a fancy drop down menu saying switch on, switch to soaps, switch off! You can also have fight rings that you fight otherplayers in and you go to gyms to get fit and pizza parlours to eat! If this is a good idea and you want to help (as i found out im rubbish at all these things) plz PM me or post on this forum!
( I can't pay any1 but if it does get made ill give unlimited free credits and unlimited city club membership!)

I've improved since then!
I have started a company called Wolf Studios and I am manager!
I know flash and actionscript, java, lingo and C++.
CityLights is being created using flash and java using a database and a server made with C++!
