Site is designed quite clean, some suggestions:

1. Please try to make the background gradient little longer, may be till half the page (my resolution is 1024x768), your gradient is also not gradual.

2. Try to button fonts for top navigation/left navigation etc, its less readable, jaggerd

3. Few pages does not have full page contents, but kindly make them 100% height, so they will look consistent
