I am very new to PHP and have downloaded some files that will allow me to show pictures and movies according to access levels each logged in user has.
The problem I have is it requires the use of an SQL database and the ISP I am with does not run SQL on the "Personal Web Space" server I use for my website.
Is it possible to utilise a free SQL server residing somewhere else on the web. Does this sort of service exist that would provide me with the use of my an SQL database on some public server somewhere? I have some of the SQL files that would need to be inmported I guess but I would need the ability to somehow generate my own database according to the parametres I have been given.
The PHP stuff I am trying to run is called MediaMate.
