No I'm trying to get one.. but, i don't want to explain what happened to the server I bought... lets just say "I Need Better Insurance"

I'm pretty sure it would have everything you need to set up the website for this game. You might even be able to make it web-based, but otherwise the backend is going to be incredibly complicated.
