With Xara Menu Maker, you can easily create navigation bars and hierarchical pop-up menus by selecting a ready-made design and playing with the color, texture, font, text, background and size settings. All the necessary HTML and JavaScript codes are generated automatically. Like its big brother, Xara WebStyle, this program is not meant for professional web designers or graphic artists, but those who lack design skills will certainly appreciate the power of the program.

Since all the graphics in Xara Menu Maker are vector-based, you can resize the graphics as much as you want without any quality loss. The program also supports Dreamweaver and FrontPage integration.
