I started using Macromedia first. I didn't get to use Frontpage because I easily fell adapt to the ease, functionality and power of Dreamweaver. Every release makes the product better. Looks like things are really bright for the Macromedia people.
Now, they have made ultradev part of dreamweaver. You have one package all for html and asp (php etc). I love it. I dont have to define the sites in 2 different softwares.
Try it out and experience the real power of website development with MACROMEDIA DREAMWEAVER.
I don't doubt that it's the best WYSIWYG editor on the market...but to boast itself as an "IDE for Cold Fusion, JSP, ASP, and PHP" is ridiculous. All it does is highlight code for those languages. A true ID would go far beyond just highlighting code. If I wanted a program to highlight and indent my code, then there's nothing that beats Textpad! :)
