Review:
Macromedia Fontographer (previously Altsys Fontographer) is the industry-standard font design software. It can edit Type 1, Type 3, TrueType, and Adobe MM fonts. You can import EPS and bitmap files or export your work to EPS format. Although Fontographer is certainly a powerful program, it has not been updated since 1995, and is starting to show its age.
