Xara WebStyle is a quick and easy way to create high quality graphics for your web site. Although it is not meant for professional web designers or graphic artists, those who lack design skills will appreciate the power of the program. You can create custom 2D or 3D text headings, backgrounds, buttons, bullets, dividers, banner ads, pop-up menus, or thumbnail galleries in minutes by selecting a ready-made template, and playing with the text, color, texture, shadow, or size controls. All templates that come with WebStyle consist of vector graphics (even backgrounds), so no matter how big you make them, there will be no quality loss. Finally, WebStyle allows basic photo processing (resize, crop, brightness/contrast, etc.) and supports Dreamweaver and FrontPage integration.

All I can say about the Xara web style is that it is very very confusing! I find that I cant actually do any thing with it.

From the photo and reviews it looks and sounds great (the lay out is very simple and looks very good), but it is all put into sub memus and is highly confuseing. The free trial is not worth it. Over 7000KB for this is quite small compared to the other Xara tools but your selection for tools is limeted and there is no help memu.

But apart from the bad parts, the lay out is very 'funky' and easy to follow (apart from when you get the sub menus) and the set up is very easy.
