Review:
Huey is free HTML color generator that converts RGB values to Hex and from Hex back to RGB. You can also pick directly from any part of the screen with the Color Pipette feature. If you don't like a color returned with the Color Pipette you can always use the built-in Windows color picker to modify it.

Huey's other features include automatic insertion of HTML code to web documents, right-click menu support for Microsoft FrontPage colors, saving and restoring of color schemes, and support for web-safe palette.
