GIF Construction Set is one of the first GIF animation software that hit the market, and has a number of features that make it a powerful tool for web designers. The animation wizard lets new users easily create animations. Supercompressor compresses files sizes by reducing the number of colors and removing redundant pixels. Banner generator generates animated text banners. Transition can create more than 20 transitions between still images. Spin rotates still images. Protection Matrix protects your documents by slicing them into several parts in order to make stealing graphics harder. There is also a built-in scripting engine that supports remote control of the program for generating images for other programs.
