Five section web site modeled after five-letter, five-color RAND-M logo. Each section is rendered in one of the colors of the logo. Using a set of round-edged boxes on the right and bottom to display photos and balance the layout is a good idea.

I like this website, its really coloured but not in an eye sore way.

I love the logo simple is the best way to go i think nice and uncluttered and the information was really clear, flash not too ott aswell!

I like the actual site design but that splash page.... Way too long considering that there was not much to it. And no obvious "skip" button or link. I'm not one of those people who think all splash screens are bad, just that they should either be quick and impressive/informative or be something you can skip if you want. After all, once you've seen it the first time...
