I believe that the design is modern and reaches its goal with success! The business feeling is visible but still not making the site boring. The animated buttons are excellent adding to the "liveliness" of the site. Maybe inner pages could be spiced up a bit with simple photo's or 3d images, don't want to overfill the pages. Just needs something to make it "glow" like the home page does.
I must say "Good Job" to all who participated in the project.
