Our comments:
The Greater Victoria Entrepreneurs' Challenge (GVEC) is a dynamic business plan competition created and organized by student volunteers in Victoria, BC Canada. The design highlights include a soothing blue color scheme complete with compatible random header and front-page graphics, and an intuitive two-level vertical menu system for navigation.
