Our comments:
Talinn is the capital of Estonia. The city has a long history and the elegant design clearly represents that. In fact, if you look carefully, you would notice that the top-half of the frame surrounding the content holds ancient statues standing on columns while the bottom-half is modern with its metal structure. The transition between these two styles is very smooth. The Flash and HTML versions look very similar, with the exception of fonts that look nicer in HTML, and futuristic menus that only appear in Flash.
