Our comments: On a web site, the navigation bar is not supposed to change its place from one page to another, and it is usually a bad design decision if navigation elements are not stationary. However, Scott Alai proves that when done right moving or even changing the orientation of menu bars does not have to cause confusion -- in fact it can even be useful to "register distinct personalities" for different pages. Other design highlights include big and colorful header graphics and a clean page layout. Flash is only used for the intro.
Beautifully done, great use of blends and gradients. Also keeps the user interested and thinking by changing the layout of each page to keep it fresh [great touch].
A little trendy with the smaller fonts faded in the main graphics, but works well over all.
Only con i see is the left frame [home] is too short and makes user scroll left and right... but getting rid of that will make it hat much better!
