Our comments:
3D Realms (aka Apogee) is a world renowned game developer and publisher famous for its older shareware titles that defined the multi-episode shareware concept and its more recent Duke Nukem games. The web site design features elegant curves and multi-layer, razor-sharp border lines. The subtle table background animations look impressive as well.

What made 3D realms great was the choice of designs and texture. It was a very expressive site which made it strange to study. (note: Full of character)
