Very technical, [slow people might get lost], great use of colors and typography.
Good content and visual appeal.

The only thing that bugs me about the site is the choice of color in the middle frame. Somehow the 'beige' does not flow with the rest of it. [but thats just my opinion]

From a technical standpoint, this is an outstanding-job. I really thought it was Flash for a couple minutes. The user interface is a little awkward at first, but it isn't too hard to figure out. The site does a fine job of showing off the designer's abilities.
