Designer's words:
I have learned that it is very important NOT to make customers think when surfing the web. With that in mind, we worked very hard to develop something that was not only visually appealing, but highly functional and scaleable. I was very pleased to be the web lead on such a critical project and work with very talented teams from Science Applications International Corporation and WaterStone.

I am very excited about the future of this application. Entergy Solutions Ltd. is on the cutting edge of competition focusing on customer self service via the web and future customer service technologies such as VXML.

Our comments:
This clean, user-centered design features elegant curved lines that clearly define the components of the layout. Sections are color-coded, and there are two sets of tabs separated with section headlines. The content is clearly optimized for the web: short and concise. The amount of white space is just right, the color palette is warm, and the images, although only a handful, are well chosen. The design could be even better if rollovers were used for the tabs since there is already a nice hover effect for the side menu and all other links.
