Broken Saints is a Flash-based 24-chapter on-line graphic novel. Influenced by Japanese animated movies, this dark spiritual creation is actually an anime, which is elementary on the animation side for technical (bandwidth) and financial reasons (after all they don't have an animation studio). On the other hand, the soundtrack and sound effects are well done.

The site design uses a mountain facing dark waters in the night as the background. Check out the bios section for some nice character art and to see the people behind Broken Saints.

by petesta   (unregistered) - Aug 17th, 2003 ummm of course its going to take alot of time to download, its a flash movie that is massive with very artistic photoshop files, you cant expect it to take 3 seconds to download... Maybe if it was a stereotype of a website yes, but its like downloading a trailer for an upcoming film, why whinge about it. Interesing use of graphic style. Very original concept. Clever use of flash to make it more 3d motion like. There is a great combination of chilling music, good flash use and top notch story telling, which along with the gripping atmosphere make this an absolute winner. Oh and about the download, just wait it's worth it.
