I really like the use of colours. I think telling the user exactly on which page he is was particularly important to the designer. It seems more that she wanted to give the viewer a feel to the website.
I like the blurry background especially the black email form built into the chair.
I don't know how well the website would do for visually impaired people. Bobby (bobby.watchfire.com) comes up with some disadvantages for disabled people when I run it.
Other than that it is a pretty design - simple, but not overloaded and trying.
