Our comments:
Chung Fang is a Taiwan based consulting company, and its web site features a strong graphic design that has excellent unity and harmony. The page layout is well balanced, and the color scheme is soothing. Usability-wise, navigation is quite easy: an arrow on the main menu clearly points out the selected section however section menus could be displayed larger for better visibility.
