Our comments:
Netzministerium is a design zine in English and German. The site design consists of several windows nicely arranged on screen. The page layout heavily relies on absolute positioning (DHTML). Each window has a delicate dashed border on which two small dots follow the mouse cursor if the cursor is within that particular window's boundaries. Overall, a good, simple 4:3 aspect ratio design, but the slider to scroll news is somewhat hard to find for first-time visitors.
