Our comments:
The on-line portfolio of Canadian graphic designer Paul Edward Fleming features a consistent four-part page layout and three different navigation schemes: clicking on targets, sliding tabs across a timeline, and dragging & dropping an arrow on targets. Flash has been and still is heavily used for creating non-standard and sometimes confusing interfaces, but in this case there is a nice help feature that can be accessed by moving the mouse cursor over the question mark icon found at the bottom of the design. 100% Flash.
