Our comments:
Netdiver Network is one of web's oldest new media design resources which is operated by Soulmedia, and the site design represents Soulmedia's distinctive style. The page layout has not changed much through the years, and the two-column, frame-based layout might be considered as oldschool now. Yes, a bit old, but nevertheless compelling.
