The design took me quite a lot of time to do but is nothing compared to the time spent on feeding the database ! We hope that you will enjoy our website and that you will experience the nostalgia we all deserve and need. Cheers.

Our comments:
old-computers.com is the joint effort of Thierry Schembri and Olivier Boisseau, and is the result of the merger of old-computers.com with computingmuseum.com. It is obvious that a lot of work has gone into this elegant, highly usable design. Design highlights include beautiful pastel colors, nice column separators, a unique computer browser interface in the shape of a QWERTY keyboard, original icon art, and breadcrumbs that really work. There is even a scan line effect that is used not because it is nice, but because it is probably the best way to recreate the feeling of old lo-res computer screens (and it is green too!).
