Our comments:
This design definitely has a style: vibrant colors, gigantic plastic wires, neat pop-up menus, and small yet highly readable text are among the first distinctive features you would probably notice. The attention to detail is remarkable as well: the grid behind the top menu bar adds depth, and there are three different arrows used in pop-up menus to guide users through the site.

You've read the pros, and now come the cons... You cannot access the pop-up menus from sub pages, and different sections of the site are not clearly separated from each other: many sections more or less look the same.
