Very very good use of flash. I enjoy this website alot.

I like the sounds when you mouseover the navigation links. It makes it easy to determine what are links, and makes the overall presentation of the website very enjoyable.

A problem I could see easily is the navigation for the images. I'm a tech-savvy/webdesigner/programmer etc. person so It didn't take me too long to figure it out, but I'm sure that other people will have trouble with this. I recommend adding instructions, telling the user to move the bar to see more etc. After learning how to do it, it's easy to use.

For the next version (if any), I would include the option of clicking on an image where it would either open up a new window or open seamlessly within the window with more information about the image. Including: Title, Date taken, Description, What the photographer liked about this image, etc. Maybe even an option to download a high-res version for publication etc.

But, overall, good job.
