Our comments:
Although usabilitywise the tiny arrows used for scrolling page contents are not comfortable as your browser's scrollbars, the site design is quite impressive in its use of limited screen estate with its simple yet attractive two panel layout. Menus open upwards, and thus don't cover page contents, and each page has a different colored, very well done background that doesn't render the overlaying text unreadable. As in other L2R designs, strong use of color and typography is evident in this design that makes the site a delight to browse through.
