Our comments:
The design of Gangsters 2 - Vendetta, a PC game from Hothouse Creations that takes place in Prohibition America uses an old-newspaper template and grayscale images that are perfect for the theme of the site. Most of the grayscale images turn into color when you move the mouse cursor over them thanks to Internet Explorer filters. Although IE filters are rarely necessary for web design, they are perfectly suitable here for the retro look and feel. Also each main section of the site has its own rotating icon in 3-D (Flash) -- a nice touch.
