Designer's words:
Just because you are not trying to sell your product online doesn't mean you shouldn't put time and effort into your site. I was attempting to get across the "feel" of the restaurant - elegant yet sexy!

Our comments:
The web design of Velvet Cafe, an East Indian restaurant located in Vancouver, Canada has that mystical Eastern look and feel we all know and love. The design is simple yet elegant supported with beautiful random photos. We will not reveal the sweet surprise on the main page though. It's a must see!

Pretty corny design and layout. The black needs to go, maybe a light indigo could replace it. Also, the pink should be a bit faded, not as bright.
