Designer's words: The concept for this design was that all duplication data is collected in a data pool of binary code cells. The cells would duplicate into multiple one's and zero's that would split off and duplicate into a variety of different storage media. The tubes in the main interface are constantly drawing information from the date pool and processing it.
The design went really well and the client was blown away.
Our comments: Circle Graphics' real strength lies in Flash intros and interfaces as seen in the web design of this digital media duplication plant's web site though we wonder what those animated fluid tubes are for.
The flash introduction is very interesting on the concept of cells splitting into 2 cells, and on it goes. The intro gives a science type of idea, yet when you go inside, it doesn't have anything to do with science. So it's a false statement.
The top header isn't as good as it could have been. The tables are laid out pretty bad, and the text is very ugly. There is too much black in the layout, and it doesn't stick out well.
