Our comments:
BTG's web design features a two-row pop-up menu bar and a variable background side menu (changes from section to section). Both the menu bar and pop-up menus are made up of gradients -- a nice touch. However, all menu items are actually rollovers that slowdown page loading. The employee picture rollovers on the front page are nothing but confusing because they just change to another employee pictures when pointed with the mouse cursor, and you cannot click them too. Other than these two points, the BTG web site has a solid design worth a look.
