Our comments:
There are three interesting facts about this design. Firstly, the excellent fisher image with beautiful reflections is a perfect choice for a hydroelectric power web site. Secondly, the rollover effect is composed of both hover-links and regular JavaScript rollovers when combined look like a normal JavaScript rollover menu. This not only looks better than most hover-link menus, but also dramatically decreases download times because there is only one image to change. And finally, the menu bar is located on the right of the page contrary to the popular choice.
