Our comments:
Well organized page layout, attractive blue-yellow color scheme. Tabs are actually redundant but they are also imperative as they provide a quick overview of what the site is about due to their visually dominant nature. If only the menu labels were clickable in the tree-view.

It downloads fast, good at color scheme, information is categorised properly. I would rate it 7/10 Fred (158) - May 14th, 2001 The tables are much too cluttered, and have been written poorly. Width of layout is much to large, and should be reduced by approximately 90 pixels. I can see a lot of work went into the site because of it's content. In my opinion, the design is too much for so much content. It's all clustered in there. Needs more room.
