About:
OK, well first let's talk about art. I have been doing art for as long as I can remember. I have always been interested in art, and I am pretty sure that I will continue to be. With traditional art, I like abstract, modern art, cubism, ancient Chinese art, sketchings, watercolors, and a few other styles. Mostly, I enjoy anything that can convey emotion. Some of my favorite artists are as follows: Salvador Dali, Van Goh, DaVinci, Faith Ringold, Andy Warhol, Renior, Alex Katz, M.C. Escher, Claus Oldenburg, an many more. I am also interested in sculpting, and clay work.
I have always been interested in learning new things, and recently started dabbling with computers. I got my first computer in 1997, and started my first website in 1998 (I think it's probably still in Geocities.com somewhere). When it comes to digi-art, I have many different tastes. I like dark and grungy images, clean and slick designs, abstract styles, and many other styles. With the web, one always changes his/her favorite style constantly, about three times a month in my case. I use an array of programs for my images. I would say that about 90% of all my work has been done in Paint Shop Pro, which in my opinion is just as good as Photoshop. I also use Photoshop, Illustrator, Bryce, and a few others. However, I am going to be drifting away from Paint Shop Pro now and heading towards Photoshop because I now use an Apple and PSP has no Mac version (if anyone at Jasc reads this PLEASE make a mac version!).
