2 Design was creating on the web way back when web pages were available in any color — as long as it was gray. From building some of the first animated gifs to being one of the first adopters of Flash (then called Splash), 2 Design has always seen the direction this addictive online community has been heading. Along the way, we've helped pioneer many online design ideas.
Early adopters of Macromedia's Flash have probably seen some of 2 Design's Flash examples that were included on the Flash CDs, or saw the original FutureSplash demo site created for FutureWave. FutureWave was soon after bought by Macromedia.
Taking the Grand Prize in one of the first major online design competitions — The Netscape "Go for the Gold" International Design Competition — 2 Design worked ahead as a one-man-show to assist others in either creating their online presence or designing the look of their branding.
2 Design's ideas and visions come solely from Walter "|2|" Costinak, avoiding the pitfalls of "too many cooks". When another cook is needed, friend, coder and counter-terrorist, Joe "Puck" Fulgham joins the team.
Always one to work in stealth mode, 2 Design has been silently winning (or helping clients to win) awards. From Site of the Day to the Webby Awards and many more in between, 2 Design has never been one to look back on past work but rather focus on what lies ahead.
